This is ongoing work with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

Role Summary

Responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, maintaining workflow, ensuring accuracy, and upholding Health & Safety standards across the shift.

Key Duties

• Lead and support warehouse operatives

• Allocate tasks and manage daily workflow

• Complete shift reports and handovers

• Ensure stock accuracy and timely processing

• Maintain safe working practices

• Train new starters and support performance

Requirements

• Team Leader/Supervisor experience

• Strong communication and organisation

• Reliable and able to work independently
