Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 on a continuous rotating shift pattern for example: Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00 Salary: £12.71 per hour, plus a £1.00 per hour Team Leader supplement, giving an annual salary of £26,734 .
Overtime is paid at 1.5x the hourly rate for all hours worked above 37.5 hours per week .
