About the role

We are looking for a full-time Warranty Administrator to join the Aftersales Commercial Vehicle team at BYD UK, Hounslow, London area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reviewing warranty claims, managing warranty payments.

The role will also manage warranty parts returns, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with warranty policies.
