YOUR ROLE AT REMA GROUP

As our new Cleaning Supervisor, you will have an important role in ensuring that our daily cleaning operations run smoothly and that our clients consistently receive the high standards they expect from REMA GROUP.

You will be the link between our cleaning teams, our clients, and our management.

Your role will involve both practical supervision and daily coordination, and we expect you to be visible, approachable, and actively involved in maintaining our quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising daily cleaning operations across our client locations.

• Leading, motivating, and supporting our cleaning employees.

• Training and guiding employees in professional cleaning methods, hygiene, and safe working procedures.

• Performing regular quality inspections and ensuring that our cleaning standards are consistently maintained.

• Following up on quality issues and making sure improvements are implemented.

• Ensuring that cleaning products, equipment, and materials are used correctly and responsibly.

• Maintaining relevant documentation, quality reports, and operational follow-up.

• Building positive relationships with clients and ensuring professional communication.

• Supporting efficient daily operations while maintaining our commitment to quality, service, and sustainability.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Have solid experience within professional or commercial cleaning.

• Have previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar position.

• Be confident in planning, organizing, and supervising cleaning operations.

• Have a natural ability to motivate, train, and support employees.

• Be quality-conscious and have a strong eye for detail.

• Be independent, reliable, flexible, and solution-oriented.

• Have a positive attitude and take responsibility for your work.

• Be comfortable communicating with both employees and clients.

• Be able to communicate professionally in English.

• Be willing to work flexible hours when required.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Cleaning Supervisor – Full-time

Location: Copenhagen & Greater Copenhagen

Working hours: Flexible according to operational requirements. Occasional early morning, evening, night, and weekend work may be required.

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
