Provide person-centered care to residents, supporting their dignity, independence, privacy, choice, and rights.

Assist with daily living activities, transfers, meals, medication reminders, and meaningful activities while monitoring residents’ physical and cognitive well-being and documenting care.

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders according to care plans.

Help residents lift, turn, transfer, position, and move safely.
