Available Shift: Saturday & Sunday: 3:00PM-11:00PM
Responsibilities
Include: 1.
Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
2.
Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
3.
Perform all procedures safely.
4.
Documents actions and client response to care provided.
5.
Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.
6.
Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.
