Description
The Living Well Service at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity supports patients with life limiting conditions through a range of therapeutic activities and group sessions.
Due to growth within the team, we have an opportunity to join us as in a new role of Wellbeing Assistant !
This role will be based at our Hospice in Cambridge, one day per week will be community based, supporting patients across Cambridgeshire.
This is a fixed term post for 6 months.
