Description
Description Summary of Performance Expectations: Provides nutrition and diabetes education to patients and community members, in both one-on-one sessions and group classes.
Assesses nutritional needs, develops and implements nutritional care plans, and evaluates and reports these results appropriately.
Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field.
Registered Dietitian, licensed in NC or Registered Dietitian eligible.
