Job Description Job Description Salary Range: $37.00 - $39.00 Hourly LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Led by the community's Health and Wellness Director (RN), our Wellness Nurse is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct nursing care to the Residents with an emphasis on holistic wellness.

They also help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff of Certified Nursing Assistants.
