Job Description Summary The Wilmington site HR Leader is a key site leadership role responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives for a 700 employee manufacturing operation in Wilmington, NC.
This role partners closely with the Site Leader to lead the people priorities of the site strategy while driving workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness across a workforce of ~550 hourly and ~150 salaried employees.
