Would you like to combine your technical studies with practical experience and learn how industrial equipment is installed and commissioned?

Description

Intern for our On-site team – Spring 2027Would you like to combine your technical studies with practical experience and learn how industrial equipment is installed and commissioned?

At Gram Equipment, we develop and deliver equipment for industrial ice cream production worldwide. We are looking for a Marine and Technical Engineering student (maskinmester) or a student from a similar technical programme to join our On-site team in Kolding for an internship in spring 2027.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues and gain insight into how we prepare and coordinate installation and commissioning activities at customer sites. Along the way, you will learn how technical requirements, planning and collaboration across departments contribute to getting equipment ready for production.

What you will be doing

You will support our On-site team in their daily work, with tasks adapted to your skills, interests and study requirements. Your tasks may include:

  • Supporting the planning and preparation of installation and commissioning activities.
  • Preparing and updating technical documentation, checklists and progress reports.
  • Participating in coordination meetings and following up on agreed actions.
  • Helping coordinate activities across On-site, Project Management, Engineering and Service.
  • Supporting the follow-up on technical questions and outstanding issues.
  • Collecting feedback from installation projects and contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working.

As you develop your understanding of our equipment and working methods, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for defined tasks with guidance from the team.

Who we are looking for

You are studying Marine and Technical Engineering (maskinmester), Mechanical Engineering or a related technical programme. You have an interest in industrial equipment and are curious about how mechanical, electrical and automation systems work together in practice.

We also imagine that you:

  • Are eager to apply your technical knowledge and learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Work in a structured way and follow through on your tasks.
  • Enjoy collaborating with people across different functions.
  • Take initiative and ask questions when you need input.
  • Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.

You do not need previous experience with installation or commissioning. What matters is your willingness to learn and contribute.

What we offer

You will gain practical experience in an international engineering company, with support and feedback from experienced colleagues. You will work on tasks connected to real projects and develop your technical understanding and coordination skills.

Our main office in Kolding offers an informal working environment with dedicated colleagues.

The internship will take place in spring 2027. We will agree on the start date, duration, scope and learning objectives in line with your study programme.

The internship will also involve travel to customer sites, giving you the opportunity to experience installation and commissioning activities first-hand alongside experienced colleagues.

Interested?

Please send your CV and a short application explaining your motivation. Include your preferred internship period and any requirements from your study programme.

We look forward to hearing from you!
