Team Leader / Yard Supervisor – Recycling & Logistics

We are an established and growing recycling company based in Hedensted. We are currently looking for a structured, hands-on Team Leader / Yard Supervisor to oversee the daily operations at our scrapyard and lead our international team.

Daily coordinatioon of yard activities, workflows, and team members.

Direct interaction with our customers, managing incoming deliveries, quality control, and ensuring excellent service.

Technical Tasks: Operation of heavy machinery including stationary/mobile cranes and forklifts.Hands-on Assistance: Assisting with metal sorting and using a flame-torch for steel cutting when requiered.

Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and driving operational efficiency across the yard.

You have a structured mindset with strong organizational and leadership skills.Experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar production environment is a plus.

You hold a valid crane operator license and forklift certificate.

You are hard-working, proactive, and bring a positive attitude towards new challenges and teamwork.

Professional proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Danish or other European languages is an asset.
