Job overview Here at the frailty virtual ward we are looking to recruit a Band 7 Nurse, who has a non-medical prescribing qualification and assessment and consultation course, to come and join our service.

The applicant needs to have had at least 3 years of community experience and an extensive understanding of frailty.

The post holder will help to drive the team forward, and support by delivering assessments in the patient's normal place of residence.
