Avid Legal PLLC is seeking a Spain-based Foreign Counsel to join our remote, full-time team.
This role supports our growing U.S. corporate practice by handling M&A, venture capital, financing, and general corporate matters for startups and investors.
The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer in Spain with 4 years of transactional experience, fluent in English, comfortable working across time zones, and able to draft and manage closing deliverables with U.S. counsel.
